I'm temporarily putting on my internet-grump after seeing such a terrible movie review on Mary Poppins Returns (2018). I made a vow last time to make an update every day for a month at the least, in which I promptly failed because of my commitment issues, but internet-grumps aren't necessarily forbidden, is it? I tend to forget one of the many things DW is useful for. A space to throw my thoughts and frustrations. Kinks, even.

(P.S. making out while being backed up against a wall sounds glorious, just spice it up with a little push and a nice shank for harmless, seductive slides against my neck)

What's up with people using the word 'objective' and then writing twelve paragraphs that are absolutely anything but objective? u/kegman83 must've meant subjective, but I'm in no position to say that because I'm open to the possibility of their thinking at the time that everybody thought Mary Poppins Returns 2018 was an eyesore.

u/kegman83 just dropped an objective review two years ago that started rather strongly with "It's hard to pass out July Andrews and Dick Van Dyke eye-fucking each other in a children's movie for 90 minutes," part. He whined talked about the sequel and then compared it with the original movie by writing fucking biographies for each character and then completely flunking after mixing up the names, which lead me to believe that he wasn't that interested to pay enough attention to the names and consequently, the film.

Goodness, I have only two things to say to people like u/kegman83:

1) Cheer up, put down your trademark Cynical Adult Glasses, and behave. I don't assume you need a magical nanny to teach you the lessons you clearly skipped over in the two movies, do you? Quite an impertinent question, I know, but important nonetheless because if you think it's okay to be highly critical of a movie whose target are children and is supposed to be anything but fun, entertaining, and life-affirming, then you're setting yourself up for failure. Even then, I think adults can still enjoy the films mentioned without pouting and flailing over how Michael is "still bad with money and absent from his fatherly duties," which isn't even half-true.

2) Your 'objective' review is objectively bad.
